Complete and send this form to dalibor@pricajmadjarski.com only if you wish to withdraw from the contract for a Premium subscription or for the purchase of Credits within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded, in accordance with Article 14 of the Terms of Use.

You can also withdraw using the withdrawal function on the Account page. Using this form is not mandatory: any other clear statement of withdrawal sent to the address above is also sufficient.
